Hydraulic feed controls

Hydraulic feed  controllers from ACE are highly recommended for sawing, grinding, cutting, drilling and to prevent stick-slip effects on pneumatic cylinders, among other things. They can be adjusted extremely precisely and provide speeds from 12 mm/min at low feed forces. And at high feed force, they achieve up to 38 m/min.

The maintenance-free, assembly-ready precision feed controllers are closed, hydraulic elements that are controlled by means of a precision adjustment segment. Thereby, the travel speed is set on the outside by turning the adjustment segment. The rolling diaphragm, which is also incorporated in many ACE shock absorbers, serves as a dynamic sealing element for a hermetic seal as well as volume compensation of piston rod and for return stroke.
